Ok here it is the day New Moon comes out and I have tickets for the 7:00 show. I just have to wait 15 more minutes and I am off to get ready and head on out there to wait in the huge line of people..

Wrong Number and the inevitable 20 questions that follow.

When ever anyone calls and they ask for some one and they are told they have a wrong number why do they insist on questioning the poor person who answered the phone.

I was at work and I usually do not answer my phone unless it is family or a call for an appointment. This afternoon I received 3 calls from this number I did not know so of course I hit ignore well after the 3rd call I answered it cause maybe it was someone and they are calling from an unknown number. It turned out to be a wrong number call and this is how the conversation went.

Her “Is Melissa there?”
Me “No you have the wrong number.”
She then questions me "are you sure?"
My response “yes.” Like there is any other.
Her "This is XXX-XXXX?"
Me “Yes it is but there is no Melissa here. My name is Shontell.” At this point I wondered if giving my name was smart.
Her "Is this an insurance company?"
Me "Nope this is my personal cell phone. "
Her "Are you sure? This is the number they gave me?" At this I had to laugh internally.
Me " Yep This is my personal cell phone."
Her hesitantly "Well ok bye."
Me slightly and I do mean really slightly annoyed "mm bye"

Shontell, Shauntell, Chantelle, Shawntel, Chauntel, ., ., ., ., ., No matter how it spells its all sounds the same.

Ok honestly how many Shontell's have any of you really come across no matter how it is spelled. Me personally um 3. One was in high school Shantel, the other I have never meet, but when I googled myself oh so many years ago I found a Shontell Perkins in Colorado. What a qoinky dink. (For the record my existance was no were to be seen.) The 3rd is me. Today at work we have a new PA that is starting and her name is Chantelle. So now when people ask for Chantelle/Shontell. They will be met by a new question "Which One?". Med Rec or PA. We have had 2 Michelle's. We have 2 Jennie's, 2 Holly's, a Kara and a Tara (they count) and now 2 Shontell's. I wonder who will be the next double name???

7 days and counting

In 7 glorious days I will be in the warm sun. Here I come 90 degree Arizona weather. Sun and munchkins what else could a girl want. mm now that I mention it......

Oh and lets not forget So You Think You Can Dance. I can't wait I wonder what it is like in person or how the performances I loved seeing during the show come off live. Can't wait to see...

I know your there. For the last few days you have been lingering for an opportunity to grab hold to take your place. I won't let you; I won't. I am fighting you with everything I got. Lets face it which isn't a lot just my will power. Yeah that's right will power. I am going to psych myself out of your control. Oh and my abundant supply of HAND SANITIZER, and my invisible bubble that I use to keep you and your little friends away. Yes Mr. Cold I got your number. You and your friend Senior Flu, and Shorty Swine. Today though I can tell your grip has tightened I am tired, my sneezes are more sneeze. My nose is more runny and look there it goes again. You can't come not yet not now. I have very important mission coming up. To seek out and investigate the SYTYCD performance. To hang out with fellow agents D-man, Sassy-E, and Little-L. To have covert meetings with informants Big Man Cake and Lady Eve. You stay away!!! Your making me desperate. I am going to have to take more serious action. . . . . . . . .

STAT Verizon Alltel Whomever STATTTTTTTTTT

I have this new phone right. Got this new phone this summer right. I have dropped it a total of 2 times and now I have this nice horizontal line down the center of my screen. Darn it all to everything that is not so reliable and built to take a licken. My last phone I was terrible with it dropping, tossing, sitting, and any other actions. 2TIMES THAT WAS ALL. Anywho I am was Alltel and they are now merged with Verizon so I am verizon "yipee". So I go on Verizon's website and they have a link for former alltel customers. YEP thats me so I click on it. Then it says to select phone so I click on drop down menu. urgaknd cjahdcoa efcashc jsbckashdfklasdncj hasduich. That is all I have to say about that. If you guessed it my lovely just release phone is not on the list. Now what do I do. I love my phone but darn it I have payed 5 dollars a month for insurance to get a verizon run around. Jennie my boss explained to me how it works at the verizon store. dskajfdklsfhklas dfklashfkmsdnc ksdjhc snxm,cnjksd. I am starting to think I will just deal with it.
